Introduction
1. The STARTRADER 13% Growth Boost Promotion (the “Promotion”) is offered by STARTRADER (the “Company”) and governed by these Terms and Conditions.
2. Participation in the Promotion signifies acceptance of these Terms and Conditions and the Company’s decisions, which shall be final and binding.

Eligibility
1. This Promotion is exclusively available to clients who hold active trading accounts with STARTRADER.
2. Accounts classified as Cent, Cryptocurrency, Copy Trade, PAMM, and MAM are explicitly excluded from participating in this Promotion.
Participation Requirements
1. To participate, clients must:
- Opt-in via the Client Portal.
- Nominate one or more live trading accounts to participate.
2. The Promotion operates on an account-level basis. Clients can participate with multiple accounts; however, each account must individually fulfill the Promotion requirements. Rewards will be awarded separately based on each account’s performance.
3. Participants must maintain a daily eligible account balance exceeding USD 5,000 from Monday through Friday.
4. Participants are required to achieve a minimum trading volume of 0.5 standard lots each Week, from Monday through Friday
Promotion Levels and Conditions
1. Participants must satisfy the following weekly requirements (Monday to Friday) to qualify for cashback:
Level 1:
- Execute at least 0.5 standard lots per week.
- Maintain a daily eligible fund balance of at least USD 5,000. If the balance falls below USD 5,000, no reward will be awarded.
- Reward Calculation: Daily eligible funds capped at USD 5,000.
Level 2:
- Execute at least 1 standard lot per week.
- Maintain a daily eligible fund balance of at least USD 10,000. If the balance is between USD 5,000 and USD 9,999, the reward will be based on the actual balance.
Reward Calculation: Daily eligible funds capped at USD 10,000 or actual balance if below USD 10,000 but above USD 5,000.
Level 3:
- Execute at least 1.5 standard lots per week.
- Maintain a daily eligible fund balance of at least USD 15,000. If the balance is between USD 5,000 and USD 14,999, the reward will be based on the actual balance.
- Reward Calculation: Daily eligible funds capped at USD 15,000 or actual balance if below USD 15,000 but above USD 5,000.
2. Trading volumes exceeding Level 3 requirements will receive rewards calculated at Level 3 criteria.
Reward Calculation and Settlement
1. Eligible participants will receive a daily cashback rate of 0.05% calculated on their eligible funds (Account Balance). Cashback rewards are accumulated weekly (Monday to Friday) and paid at a rate of 0.25% every following Monday into the nominated trading account(s).
2. Cashback Calculation Formula: Daily Cashback = Eligible Fund × 0.05%
Reward Cancellation Conditions
1. The cashback reward for the preceding week will be forfeited if:
- The daily eligible funds fall below USD 5,000 during any day of the settlement week;
- Trading volume executed is less than 0.5 standard lots for that settlement week;
- Withdrawals or internal fund transfers out are made from the participating account(s) during the settlement week (Monday to Sunday).
Eligible Transactions
1. Only closed positions are considered valid for calculating eligible trading volumes. Open positions are excluded from calculations.
2. All trading products qualify for this Promotion. However, products with smaller contract sizes, included but not limited to Index, UKOUSD, USOUSD, UKOUSDft, UKOUSD+, USOUSD+, UKOUSDft+, will have their trading volume converted to standard lots for eligibility.
3. Eligible positions must be open for a minimum duration of five (5) minutes to qualify for this Promotion.
General Conditions
1. STARTRADER reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Promotion, or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.
2. STARTRADER shall not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from such modification, suspension, or termination of the Promotion.
3. This promotion can be used in conjunction with other promotional privileges.
4. In the event of discrepancies arising from translations, the English version of these Terms and Conditions shall prevail.
5. STARTRADER retains sole discretion regarding the interpretation and implementation of these Terms and Conditions.
6. Clients have the full obligation to keep a sufficient margin level within the promotion period, as STARTRADER is not obligated to notify clients when their account falls into a margin call level. Withdrawal or bonus cancellation might result in a lower margin for your positions and might cause liquidation due to insufficient margin. Clients should carefully consider their risk tolerance level and financial situation prior to making any withdrawal request.
7. During the promotion, STARTRADER reserves the right to deny the client’s qualification for participation, deduct any improper profits, or even terminate the partnership with clients if any breach of these terms and conditions is found. Breach behaviors include (but are not limited to): using the same IP address to trade simultaneously, conducting multiple accounts (including STARTRADER internal accounts or between different brokers) for arbitrage, scalping, high-frequency trading, latency arbitrage, malicious hedging, trading oversized positions during trading hours, putting accounts under single exposure with multiple similar trades, trading products that are too concentrated and pose a high-risk condition, etc.
Any termination of the partnership (including disqualification from events, deduction of improper profits, etc.) caused by improper trading shall be borne by the traders themselves. STARTRADER has sole discretion in determining trading methods. Additionally, for the protection of client rights and privacy, STARTRADER may not be able to provide relevant proof.
Clients participating in this event are considered to fully understand and accept the above content. If clients are judged to have engaged in improper trading behavior, they do not have the right to post malicious comments or engage in activities that would damage the reputation of STARTRADER on any social media or channels; otherwise, they will be held legally responsible.
Reward Settlement Example
Scenario 1: Client executes 0.6 standard lots during the week and maintains daily eligible funds of USD 5,000-12,000.
